1565 Bravi Mill

Since 1565, the Bravi Mill, which has always belonged to the Bravi family, has told a story of tradition and passion. Today, it opens its doors to visitors to rediscover the now rare craft of milling. It is the only mill in the Marche region still powered by water and producing flour on site . Since 2017, our organic flours have been sourced from local crops, respecting the environment. During your visit, you can witness the stone milling process, stroll along the canal to the mini hydroelectric power plant, and enjoy lovingly prepared local dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options.
