Antico Caseificio Monforte was founded in 1941 by Libero Gianfagna. After three generations, much of its success is undoubtedly due to its commitment to maintaining a completely artisanal production process over the years, using exclusively Molise milk, processed in a completely artisanal manner, just as they did 80 years ago. This ensures genuine, fresh products every day. Since 1971, on the feast of Corpus Christi, the Mystery of Sant'Antonio Abate has stopped in front of our shop to receive a free Caciocavallo cheese.
