The Agostini artichoke farm, founded in 1922, produces the typical organic Montelupone artichoke.
Cultivation occurs naturally, according to the climatic phases, without the use of chemical additives and growth hormones, enhancing the artichoke's flavor and health benefits. As a guarantee of the methods used, the artichoke farm is certified organic and periodically inspected by the "Suolo e Salute" certification body. Carciofaia Agostini is the custodian farmer of the organic Montelupone artichoke. Fresh produce is available from April to June, while packaged products are available year-round.
