An authentic experience to discover ancient Calabrian bread-making techniques, passed down through generations and still preserved today in the local villages. During the masterclass, participants will witness and participate in all stages of bread-making: kneading the dough by hand, respecting natural leavening times, and baking in a traditional wood-fired oven. A true journey through the ancient gestures, aromas, and flavors of Calabrian rural tradition. At the end of the activity, a tasting of freshly baked bread and a typical Calabrian lunch/dinner featuring local products and traditional recipes will be included.
