In a wide valley surrounded by greenery and hazelnut groves, stands an artisanal workshop of master chocolatiers, whose history began way back in 1976. A young married couple from Molise drew inspiration from local recipes to embark on a journey into the world of pastry making, focusing on the deliciousness and uniqueness of the great classics of Molise tradition. Thus was born "Labbate Mazziotta Dolciaria," not just an artisanal business but a life project shared by Vincenzo Labbate and his wife, Ines Mazziotta. A project that continues to thrive, its journey marked by countless national and international awards and recognitions.
