Knowledge & Flavors – Root Tourism is a two-day itinerary entirely dedicated to Castelvetrano, designed for descendants of emigrants. A journey through the historic center, monumental churches, parish archives, and rural history, exploring the social dynamics that led to emigration between the 19th and 20th centuries. It includes a visit to the Civic and Archaeological Museum of Castelvetrano and the Ephebe of Selinunte, with tastings of black bread, olive oil, and traditional products. An authentic experience of reconnecting with one's roots. This itinerary is not simply a tourist journey, but a symbolic and physical return to one's origins.
