Ex-tempore I SEE AS A MERCHANT - 1st Edition Saturday 27 April 2024 TORRACA (SA)
We imagined what the historic village of Torraca (SA) must have been like, when you could meet the painter Biagio Mercadante in its alleys, armed with easel and palette, intent on capturing the moment, the lights, and almost even the sounds of his hometown. Thus was born the Extemporaneous, or "ex tempore," painting competition, an event in which participants must complete their work within a set time, in a specific place, and sometimes with a specific theme.
