Altare Glass Art Museum - Villa Rosa
The Museum of Glass Art collects evidence of the centuries-old art of glassmaking in Altare and, thanks to collaborations with contemporary artists and designers, contributes to the continuous growth of the museum collection.
Villa Rosa , an Art Nouveau building from the early 1900s, inhabited until 1992 when it was purchased by the State, restored to its original splendor and used as the home of the Museum.
Today Villa Rosa is a cultural center that complements the Museum with the Specialized Glass Library and hosts exhibitions, seminars, and other cultural activities.
