The Mountain School's Naturalistic Operator course takes you to the heart of the Lucanian Apennines to become a true nature explorer: you will learn the hidden language of the environments – from footprints on tracks, to feathers, to dens – and how to manage video traps to document wildlife.
With online theory modules and field trips led by a wildlife documentary expert, you'll learn to navigate woodlands, ravines, wetlands, and countryside, recognizing mammals, birds, and environments in their habitats. Ultimately, you'll be able to observe, identify, document, and communicate the natural world with skill and passion.
