Saliet Organic Farming in the Friulian Dolomites Natural Park

Saliet Farm was founded in 2016 from a passion for the mountains and the world of medicinal plants.

The project has become a reality with the launch of a farm in the heart of the Friulian Dolomites, within the small municipality of Claut. The farm also aims to protect the environment through educational guided tours open to all, particularly those most disadvantaged. They help visitors discover the Friulian Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the products they provide: honey, saffron, berries, and steam-extracted essential oils.

We offer agronomist-led tours that include: a guided tour of the farm, distillation of medicinal herbs (only for groups of at least 4 participants), a perfume workshop with the creation of a perfume, a guided tour of herbs, and the creation of an aromatic salt with the little ones. A certificate of participation will be provided at the end of the tour. The entire tour lasts approximately two and a half hours, with a maximum of 15 people, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Cost: free for children up to 5 years old; children 6 to 12: €10; full price: €20.
