This tiny boutique winery is a jewel of industrial architecture and winemaking history, born from a refined, conservative restoration of an old Apulian factory from the 1950s that produces only one excellent cru.

Typical tasting: Pucce & Pizzi, local breads with olives, tomatoes, onions, capers, and taralli; Insalata di Mare, with fresh seafood; Frisa decomposta, a variation on the classic frisa with cherry tomatoes, capers, basil, and extra virgin olive oil. Local pecorino cheese.
