Hospitality

Prali is a land of mines, especially talc, whose extraction has supported the economy of the Val San Martino (as the Germanasca Valley was once known) since the 19th century. The history of the valley is closely tied to the Waldensian faith. In 1553, a synod was held here in Pra Daval, confirming the Waldensians' adherence to the Protestant Reformation. Prali is the last village in a closed valley, a place at the end of the world that has managed to retain its authenticity. Prali and its 21 hamlets. Rugged and pristine mountains, lush nature, days accompanied by the sound of cowbells and the background of flowing water.
