Tenute Eméra is the largest of the Claudio Quarta Vignaiolo wineries, with its 80 hectares of property: a large vineyard overlooking the Ionian Sea, in the heart of the Primitivo di Manduria DOP in Lizzano, Puglia.

The tasting menu features a variety of local dishes such as Puccia alla spasa and Pampanella, Frisa decomposta, and aged pecorino cheese, carefully paired with a selection of wines from the cellar, including Jacarando Spumante Brut Blanc de Blancs, Rosé, Amure, and Oro di Eméra, offering a complete and authentic culinary experience.
