Convention Travelers of the Roots

Arts/Culture/Events

Villa Bernasconi is a new concept of museum that emotionally engages visitors, transforming them into "guests" and offering them a multisensory, innovative, and interactive cultural experience.

The Museum is in fact a "talking house" and tells firsthand its history and that of those who lived there, starting with Davide Bernasconi, founder of the eponymous Silk Weaving Mills, active until 1971.

In keeping with the museum's original purpose as a home, you can retrace the history of the Bernasconi family and the weaving mill workers by browsing through the memory chest, family photos, or answering a phone call from the past.
